Returns & Exchange Policy

Tiikk only accept return & exchange as following

1. Damage through shipping

If your item/s arrives damaged, please email to our support at [email protected] to assess the damage and to work out a solution. Providing of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package together with your order invoice to aid a speedy resolution.

2. Receive products that not as ordered

If you receive products that not as what you ordered, please email to our support at [email protected] to notify us and to work out a solution. Providing of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package together with your order invoice to aid a speedy resolution.

At this stage, tiikk unable to provide return/exchange under change of mind.

  • You have valid proof of purchase (usually an invoice);
  • A photo of receiving products
  • The product is in re-saleable condition; and
  • The product has not been used.
