Order

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order if your order is still not sent out. please notify us to [email protected].

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you can send your order to somebody else. A packing list, which does not include the order’s dollar value, will be included in your parcel. The tax invoice will be emailed directly to you.

How do I place my order?

You can add product by "add to cart" link under product in product list or at product detail page. After adding products to cart, you can click on Checkout button at cart dropdown on top right hand side of our website. At checkout, you can add your shipping detail, payment method and submit your order.

How will I know if my online order has been completed successfully?

You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email (don’t forget to check your 'Junk' folder!), or if you are unsure whether your order was successful, please email us to [email protected] for clarification.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use PayPal, VISA, MasterCard to purchase from our online store.

Delivery & Tracking

Can I send a single order to more than one address?

No, we only accept one delivery address per online order. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address you'll need to place separate orders for each delivery address.

How can I track my online order?

We'll send you the tracking code when your order has reached to local post service to deliver to you

Singapore/Vietnam: tracking code is provided to all orders
China: order weight from 1kg
Hong Kong: order weight above 1.5kg
Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan,Republic of Korea: order weight from 1.5kg
Japan: order weight from 2kg

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It normally takes 8-12 bussiness working days to deliver to you after your order is dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times may be longer than normal for orders placed during popular promotions and around seasonal events and public holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.

What is the delivery fees?

Shipping fee is calculated based on order weight. For more detail please check in Payment & Shipping policy

What happens if I do not complete the delivery address for my online order correctly?

Please notify us ASAP, we'll try our best to amend the delivery address for you. In case, your order is already sent out, we'll contact the delivery company and let you know the result.

What if I am not around when my order is delivered? Who can accept my delivery?

Anyone who is present at the time of delivery can accept your parcel. If no one is available, a written instructions on how you can collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.

What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?

Please notify us by email to [email protected] within 20 business days after your order is dispatched. In case if your order is lost, we'll do the refund to you

Product Returns

Can I return or exchange a product?

At this stage, we're unable to do the return and exchange due to change of mind. However we'll refund if your order is lost during delivery, order you receive is wrong or damage.

How do I return a product?

I have been approved for a refund. How long will it take for the money to be credited back to me?

Depending on payment method and the type of card, used it usually takes from 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be credited, following approval.

Is my original delivery fee refundable when I return an online purchase?

When you are returning a product because it was damaged, faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do, is significantly different from its description/sample or incorrect, and you have requested a refund, your original delivery fee will be reimbursed.

What should I do if i am missing an item from my order?

While we do our best to make sure you get your complete order, there can be a couple of reasons why you may receive your order with some items missing. One cause is that one or more of the items you ordered were unavailable or we may have made a simple mistake while picking your order, and in this case you will be refunded for the item(s) not delivered plus the shipping fee for that item (shipping fee will be re-calculated based on your actual order)

What should I do if i receive a product which is damaged, faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do, is significantly different from its description/sample or incorrect?

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please email us to [email protected] to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
